Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Before LEGIT AUTO PARTS accepts any returns, please

take note of the following: when returning the parts, the following must be in order:

• Original packaging
• Marked by branch
• RMI report registered letter • Original invoice

The client also declares that the new parts given is supplied correctly

according to the information given to the salesperson by the client we do not

exchange any parts correctly supplied. New parts have a 3 month

guarantee and will only be exchanged with a RMI-registered mechanical

report. We accept no liability for loss during courier transit or fitment of

new parts. The supplier has 14 (fourteen) working days from receiving the

faulty new parts to repair or exchange the parts. If the supplier fails to

find another part or repairs could not be done effectively, a refund will

be given by eft (Electronic Transfers) only. The signature of client validates

these terms above. No client or mechanic will be allowed to open any

parts to inspect, once parts were opened or tampered with this guarantee

will be void

IN ORDER FOR THIS GUARANTEE TO BE VALID THE NEW PART MUST

BE FITTED BY AN RMI-APPROVED MECHANIC

Refunds

Used Parts –

  1. No refunds on any electronic parts
  2. No refund on the engines and gearboxes past the warranty clause.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@legitautoparts.co.za and send your item to: 1105 Van Der Hoff Street, Claremont, Pretoria Gardens, South Africa

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:1105 Van Der Hoff Street, Claremont, Pretoria Gardens, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
